I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were super cute and exceptional, providing a spacious and relaxing atmosphere with a nice view. However, the construction noises from workers above our room were quite annoying. The service was willing to go the extra mile although a bit stuffy at times. The location was great for exploring Todos Santos but could be pricier compared to similar options in the United States. The dining experience was satisfactory, although a bit overpriced for what was offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and I loved the touch of welcome strawberries, nuts, and raisins. The staff was really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was excellent, and having parking available was a great bonus. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and I found the gyu-don dishes to be charged differently than indicated. Overall, a unique and stylish hotel with some incredible amenities.
